Sitelicon product

Every sales channel. One connected operation.

Sitelicon Middleware is our proprietary system for connecting marketplaces and ecommerce platforms, centralising the exchange of orders, stock and sales, and preventing each channel from becoming an isolated operation. It can be part of SES or contracted independently.

Multichannel operations

Selling through more channels should not mean managing more isolated systems.

Every marketplace and platform uses its own API, data structure and workflow. Sitelicon Middleware provides a common layer: it connects sales channels, normalises the required information and provides an operational intranet so orders, inventory and sales can be managed with a shared view.

Connected ecosystem

29 current connections to digital sales channels.

Each implementation is configured around the company’s channels and workflows. We clearly distinguish available connections from those still being planned.

When it fits

When expanding channels starts multiplying tasks, data and incidents.

The challenge is not publishing on another marketplace. It is keeping the whole operation coordinated when each channel speaks a different language.

01

Scattered orders

Each sales channel delivers orders and statuses through different processes.

02

Uncoordinated stock

Availability must be updated across channels to reduce errors and manual work.

03

Fragmented sales

Commercial information is spread out, making a shared view difficult.

04

New connections

Every additional channel requires integration, validation and monitoring without disrupting existing flows.

What it connects

A common layer for operating multiple sales channels.

The exact configuration follows the APIs, channels and business rules in each implementation.

01

Orders

We centralise operational information arriving from channels.

  • Sales-channel capture
  • Order and customer data
  • Statuses and updates
  • Cross-platform normalisation
02

Stock

We coordinate availability exchange.

  • Inventory information
  • Cross-channel updates
  • Operation-specific rules
  • Control of exchanged data
03

Sales and data

We bring commercial activity into one common model.

  • Sales by channel
  • Consolidated information
  • Operational history
  • Data prepared for analysis
04

APIs and intranet

We build the layer that keeps connections usable.

  • Marketplace and ecommerce connectors
  • Normalised data model
  • Management intranet
  • Integration adaptation and evolution

Implementation

We connect channels around the real operation.

  1. 01

    Map

We identify sales channels, flows, data, rules and priorities.

  2. 02

    Configure

We prepare connectors, mappings and behaviour for each channel.

  3. 03

    Validate

We test orders, stock and sales against real cases and exceptions.

  4. 04

    Launch and evolve

We activate connections and adapt the system as channels or requirements change.

Usage models

The same technology, adapted to each client’s context.

Sitelicon Middleware can support a complete ecommerce operation or solve multichannel connectivity on its own.

01

Integrated with SES

Part of the technology used to coordinate our clients’ ecommerce operations.

02

Independent product

Available without engaging the rest of the SES services.

03

Channel-based implementation

Each project enables only the connections and flows it needs.

04

Continuous evolution

The architecture supports changes and new connections after analysis and development.

Proprietary technology

Middleware built from experience operating real ecommerce businesses.

We do not approach integrations as isolated parts. We combine proprietary technology, marketplace knowledge and operational experience to connect the data behind everyday work.

  • System developed by Sitelicon
  • 29 current sales-channel connections
  • Technical and operational ecommerce expertise
  • Available within SES or independently

Frequently asked questions

Clear multichannel connectivity.

01Do I need to engage SES to use Middleware?

No. Sitelicon Middleware can be part of SES or contracted as an independent product.

02Which information does it connect?

Its core connects orders, stock and sales. Exact scope follows each client’s channels, APIs and processes.

03Are all listed connections active?

The 29 current connections, including eBay and SHEIN, are available. Future connections are explicitly marked as planned rather than available.

04Can you connect a channel that is not listed?

Its API, available data, access conditions and development scope must be assessed before confirming a new connection.

05Does Middleware replace each marketplace?

No. Marketplaces remain the sales channels. Middleware creates a common layer for exchanging and managing operational information.
