Inventory and ownership
We document technology, providers, domains, certificates, integrations, access and owners so no critical dependency is left without responsibility.
Web maintenance
We keep websites and ecommerce platforms current, fast and stable. We prevent incidents, solve problems and turn maintenance into continuous platform improvement.
Digital continuity
Technology, content, integrations and threats keep changing. Maintenance protects the investment and prevents small signals from becoming outages, vulnerabilities or a slow experience. We combine monitoring, preventive work and a clear support route.
Verifiable maintenance
We turn website maintenance into an operational process with an inventory, owners, priorities and evidence. Coverage and response objectives are agreed according to the platform’s actual criticality.
We document technology, providers, domains, certificates, integrations, access and owners so no critical dependency is left without responsibility.
We assess compatibility, test sensitive changes, record work and retain a rollback route when the risk requires one.
We classify impact and urgency, define channels and escalation, and agree response and resolution objectives proportionate to the business.
We define backup frequency, retention and location. We verify restoration and align recovery with RTO and RPO where required.
The agreement identifies how much capacity is reserved for each type and how work is requested, approved and recorded.
Diagnosis and resolution of errors, functional failures and incidents affecting the service.
Reviews, updates, compatibility, monitoring, backups and actions designed to reduce incidents.
Small, planned improvements to content, experience, performance, SEO, conversion or functionality.
Containment, restoration and post-incident analysis when an outage or covered incident occurs.
The initial classification is checked during diagnosis. Specific times depend on the contracted coverage.
Service outage or severe impact on sales, access, data or security.
A key function is degraded, many users are affected or there is significant risk without a full outage.
Limited incident, temporary workaround available or a request that does not block operations.
Improvement, update, refactoring or evolution to be added to the backlog.
A P1–P4 label is not an SLA in itself. Hours, channel, coverage and response and resolution objectives are defined in the agreement.
24/7 monitoring means continuous automated checks. Human availability, working hours and intervention times are explicitly defined in each service agreement.
When it helps
The service adapts to corporate sites, ecommerce and platforms with different technologies and levels of criticality.
Core software, plugins, themes or dependencies increase technical risk.
Loading degrades, intermittent errors appear or the site fails at critical moments.
Monitoring is insufficient or nobody has confirmed that backups can be restored.
Fixes, content and small improvements become a list with no owner or priority.

Frequently asked questions
No. We can take over an existing platform after an initial review of its technology, condition, access and risks.
It can include them or work with the existing provider. Scope depends on the infrastructure and required responsibilities.
We use automated checks and continuous alerts. Human coverage and intervention times are defined in the service agreement.
A backup only helps if it can be restored. We define frequency, retention, location and recovery checks for the project.
Maintenance can reserve capacity for changes and evolution. Larger development work is estimated and planned separately.
They are agreed according to platform criticality, coverage hours, channel and incident priority. P1–P4 classification helps order impact, but the specific objectives are defined in the service agreement.
Zero risk does not exist. Maintenance reduces exposure, improves detection and prepares recovery, but cannot guarantee that an attack, outage or third-party failure will never occur.
Licences, hosting, third-party services, major development work and out-of-hours human availability are only included when expressly stated in the proposal or agreement.
